Terms of Service

Using AutoPageRank

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account, connected sites, credentials, service accounts, and all activity performed through them. You may use AutoPageRank only for sites and Google properties you are authorized to manage.

Your authorization

You authorize AutoPageRank to take the actions you select, including crawling submitted websites, processing URLs and sitemap data, creating a dedicated Google Cloud project and service account, enabling required APIs, storing encrypted service-account credentials, synchronizing authorized Search Console properties, and submitting eligible URLs through supported APIs. You may revoke Google permissions, but doing so may disable related features.

The service

AutoPageRank helps discover URLs, synchronize sitemap information, monitor indexing, and submit eligible URLs through supported third-party services. Search engines control crawling, ranking, and inclusion in their indexes. We do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked, or remain indexed.

Google and third-party services

Your use of Google Search Console, Google Cloud, Google APIs, payment processors, analytics providers, and other connected services is also governed by their terms and policies. You represent that you have authority to grant the permissions you provide. Third-party services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features outside our control.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew at the stated billing interval until canceled. Fees, limits, and included features are shown when you subscribe. You authorize our payment provider to charge applicable fees and taxes. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. Complimentary access does not create a paid subscription and may be changed or withdrawn by AutoPageRank.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or security controls, access another person’s account, submit content or sites without authorization, distribute malware, violate law or third-party rights, or use the service in a way that harms AutoPageRank, Google, or other users.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your sites and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the features you request. AutoPageRank and its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’ property.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant AutoPageRank permission to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you consent.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPageRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for search-engine decisions and third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPageRank's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid AutoPageRank during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify AutoPageRank and its personnel against third-party claims arising from your sites or content, your lack of authority to manage a connected property, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may modify the service or these terms. We will post an updated date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
