Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026
This policy explains what information AutoPageRank collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to AutoPageRank's websites, applications, indexing tools, audits, reports, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It explains the information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, organization, authentication details, plan, and support communications.
- Website information: domains, URLs, sitemaps, crawl results, indexing status, technical SEO data, and reports you ask us to process.
- Google information: the authorizing Google Account email, Search Console properties and permission status, and OAuth authorization needed to perform the Google Cloud setup you request.
- Provisioning credentials: when you use one-click setup, AutoPageRank creates a dedicated Google Cloud project and service account for your AutoPageRank account and securely stores the resulting service-account credentials.
- Usage and device information: feature activity, browser and device information, IP address, logs, diagnostics, cookies, and security events.
- Billing information: subscription, transaction, and billing status. Payment processors handle full payment-card details; AutoPageRank does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve AutoPageRank.
- Create the dedicated Cloud project and service account you request, enable necessary Google APIs, discover URLs, synchronize sitemaps, submit eligible URLs, and report indexing results.
- Authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and provide support.
- Process subscriptions and send essential product or account communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Google API data and Limited Use
AutoPageRank accesses Google user data only after you grant permission and only to provide or improve the user-facing Google integration features you request. This includes identifying the authorizing account and performing the Google Cloud, IAM, Search Console, and indexing operations displayed during setup.
AutoPageRank's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your affirmative agreement for support or security purposes, when necessary to investigate abuse, or when required by law.
OAuth tokens and service-account credentials
OAuth authorization is used to complete the actions you approve. Dedicated service-account credentials are encrypted at rest and used to operate your indexing features. We do not ask you to send credentials by email or public messaging. You are responsible for granting the generated service-account email access only to Search Console properties you are authorized to manage.
Sharing and service providers
We disclose information to vendors that help us provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, communications, customer support, security, and payment processing; to professional advisers; in connection with a business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and the Service or comply with law. Providers may process information only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account and integration information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify information unless retention is required for legitimate legal, billing, backup, or security purposes. Backup copies are removed on their normal rotation schedule.
We use access controls, encryption, monitoring, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and exceptions. You can disconnect integrations, remove Search Console permissions, or revoke Google access from your Google Account at any time. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored; contact us to request deletion.
To exercise a privacy right or request deletion of your AutoPageRank account and associated Google data, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for authentication, preferences, and security and may use analytics technologies to understand product usage and improve the Service. Browser controls may allow you to block cookies, but essential features may stop working.
Children and international transfers
AutoPageRank is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
